Terms of Use for TestPls
These Terms govern the use of the TestPls service. By using the service, the user confirms that they have read these Terms and the Privacy Policy and agree to follow them.
1. Purpose of the service
TestPls helps users exchange closed Android app testing: find apps to install and launch, submit feedback, receive internal tokens, and list their own apps for testing.
TestPls is not an app store, payment instrument, employer, quality guarantor for tested apps, or representative of Google Play, VK, Yandex, or other third-party services.
2. Account and sign-in
The user may sign in through VK ID or Yandex ID. Third-party sign-in does not mean that the third-party service is responsible for TestPls.
The user is responsible for their third-party account and for actions performed in TestPls through that account.
The Developer may restrict access in case of violations, abuse, attempts to bypass limits, security threats, or legal requirements.
3. Listing apps
The user may add their app to TestPls by providing a Google Play link, title, package name, description, and logo. The user confirms that they have the right to submit these materials and that they do not infringe third-party rights.
The logo, title, description, and link are used to show the app card to other users. The Developer may hide, reject, or remove an app card if it contains false information, infringes rights, violates platform rules, or disrupts the service.
The user is independently responsible for correct closed testing settings in Google Play Console and for making their app available to testers.
TestPls does not guarantee passing, approval, or completion of the Google Play closed testing procedure, app publication, access to a production release, or any other result that depends on Google Play, user actions, developer account settings, platform rules, or Google's review.
4. Testing and rewards
The user may install and launch apps listed by other users, test them, and submit short feedback with screenshots. Rewards are granted according to the rules shown in the service and may depend on app availability, daily limits, current boost, and technical launch checks.
5. Internal tokens and boost
Tokens and boost are internal TestPls accounting units. They are not money, electronic money, securities, gift certificates, or standalone property rights.
The Developer may change reward, spending, daily limit, sorting, listing cost, and boost rules for future use of the service.
If purchasing tokens, boost, or other digital features becomes available in the service, such purchase does not make tokens or boost money and does not give the right to exchange them for money unless required by law or expressly stated in the terms of the specific feature.
6. Paid features and payments
The service may offer paid features, token packages, boost, app listing, or other digital capabilities. Their availability, price, content, validity period, and limitations are shown to the user before payment. Payment means acceptance to purchase the selected feature on the shown terms.
Payment is processed through a third-party payment provider. The Developer does not receive or store full bank card details or other full payment instrument details. To process a payment, record the operation, issue an electronic receipt, process a refund, and provide support, the amount, currency, date, status, payment identifier, selected feature, email, and other information required by law or payment provider rules may be processed.
7. User materials
The user is responsible for reviews, screenshots, descriptions, logos, and other materials submitted through the service.
The user must not submit unlawful materials, third-party personal data without a lawful basis, logos they may not use, offensive content, malicious links, spam, or materials infringing third-party rights.
8. Availability and updates
The service is provided as is. The Developer seeks to maintain the service but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or identical operation on all devices, Android versions, browsers, networks, and regions.
The Developer provides no warranties of any kind regarding the service, client software, tokens, boost, testing results, reviews, actions of other users, availability of third-party services, merchantability, fitness for the user's expectations, or fitness for a particular purpose, except for warranties that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.
Continued use may require installing a client software update. Older versions may be restricted for compatibility, security, or server-side operation.
9. Liability
The user uses the service at their own risk and independently evaluates tested apps, links, instructions from app owners, and testing results.
The Developer is not responsible for the content, quality, safety, or operation of apps added by other users, or for actions of Google Play, VK, Yandex, app stores, telecom operators, and other third-party services, except where liability is required by mandatory law.
10. Termination
The user may stop using the service at any time. Removing client software does not always automatically delete data previously sent to the server or third-party services.
To request data deletion or contact the Developer, the user may use the "Report a problem" form in the service profile or email testpls@photonius.ru.
